Kelly & Liam

  • Kelly & Liam’s memory box is still being crafted. This 6×6 medium-format study is a small introduction to the full symphony — and already one of my favorite projects to date. I feel deeply honoured to have been invited to document their weekend celebrations in Ireland, where Liam’s family roots run deep. It’s clear to me now how much the Irish sense of community, craft, and simple joie de vivre shaped the way I approached this chapter and the ones that followed.

Their memories were recorded entirely on analog film — medium format, 35mm, and Super 8. I’m now gathering and shaping them into a special Art Book edition, alongside their digital memory box. Part of me is eager to see the full body of work take form and finally find its way back home. Yet another part of me wants to hold onto it just a little while longer, knowing the work will come alive and find its rhythm in its own time.

  • Killruddery House & Gardens, Bray, Ireland. This stunning estate is still home to the family who has owned it for generations, and sits about an hour’s drive south of Dublin.

  • 3-day celebration with pre-wedding gathering and rehearsal dinner, and next-morning dive in the sea. Time was set aside during the wedding day for an organic first look, and family & couple portraiture. ± 160 guests. Our team was flown out from Montreal for the full celebrations and asked to focus photography on the wedding day.

Documented all on film on mix formats (35mm, 120 film and Super 8). To be delivered through a unique Art Book and digital memory box.
